Marion Newall has over 30 years' experience as a journalist, sub-editor, media officer, communications manager, freelance feature writer and columnist. She is also a member of the Society of Editors and the Australasian Medical Writers Association.
Her achievements include:
Awarded a State Medal for communications services during the 2007 Hunter and Central Coast storm crisis.
Won the Annual Report Award from the Health Services Association of NSW (1995).
Author of three books – two technical and one autobiographical.
Former feature writer for the Canberra Times, Illawarra Mercury and Nursing Review. Columnist for the Penrith Press.
